I want to thank you so very much for the Wonderful luncheon you so Graciously prepared !  Your potatoes,chicken Parmesan & exotic ice cream,coated with nuts were Absolutely, Delicious!  Your Fabulous Waiters were So Classy,placing our napkins on our laps, & serving us with our different requests ! The Presentation Of Your tables was right on! It enabled All of us to visit each other most comfortably .......!

 

The 1st thing I noticed, were the Vases Of Beautiful Fresh Flowers on All our tables ! I felt the comfort of Home in Your Peaceful Restaurant !  Thank you for The Amazing Long Stemmed Red Rose  accompanied with Baby’s Breath.... ! It is Fully opened,Adorning our living room - dining room.......While sitting in My lazy boy chair, my eyes fall upon your Ever Thoughtful Rose! With it All the Multitude Of Cherished Memories Of My Unforgettable Mother’s Day!  My Son, Ted’s 1st Mass Celebration & Sharing Your Wonderful Luncheon with 9 of my Brothers,& Sisters,some of their spouses, children, other Family and a few of Ted SJ’s Friends !  Once again, Mr.Ma, Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Dear Mr. Ma , Please excuse  my lateness in writing to thank you so much for hosting our large  family dinner  Sunday 12 May.  Everything about the experience of being in your restaurant was excellent - the decor is very appealing  , the tables were well spaced and attractively set , the service extremely efficient , the food delicious and  the wine passed the test of my sommelier brother- in- law. In my experience not many restaurants take the trouble to serve food on hot plates . I appreciated that you went the extra mile to do that. 

 

As well I liked the fact that you were so available by phone and EM to plan the event. Your polite , efficient , and honest manner made a long distance  business  relationship easy to conduct. 

 

A number of our friends and family commented on how much they liked your restaurant.   . I am not often in Toronto but on my next visit I will make a point of stopping by for lunch or dinner.

Min, it was an absolute pleasure to meet with you and discuss my party plans and incorporate your ideas. Everyone commented about how great the food was and how great the venue was.  You certainly went above and beyond to make sure the night was a success and my friends, family and myself were well taken care of.  I hope you will post my comments on the Bumpkins website because out of 5 stars, I would give you all 10!!!  It was a memorable night and you were all an important part of it.  I couldn’t have imagined holding it anywhere else and no where else could have met the level of perfection that you did.

I'd like to thank Bumpkins (owner Min and his staff) for hosting such a wonderful evening for my retirement celebration on Sat (Apr 27, 2013).  Everyone loved the atmosphere at Bumpkins and raved about the food as well!  I received several compliments from my friends the following day - and one of them actually sent me the following comments: the restaurant was lovely, the food was great and the owner was charming!  I have to say that Bumpkins is a hidden jewel in downtown Toronto and has always been a favorite place of ours.  Looking forward to our next visit there very soon...."

My guests and I would like to thank you for being a big part of my 30th birthday celebration on May 28th, 2011. As a neighbor and regular customer, I initially had no doubt in my mind that Bumpkin's was a great venue for my landmark celebration. I am very pleased to report that not only did the restaurant meet but well exceeded my expectations. I really appreciate you having been so accommodating with all our arrangements including decorating the party room in advance, the long duration of the party, changing the number of guests due to illness, and ensuring that everything was set up for success without any hassle. We very much enjoyed the efficient and friendly service as well as the delightful food during the evening. All of my guests reiterated how impressed they were with the venue.
